A DUI Answer

When I decided to have a blog for this site, I asked a number of people what they wanted to see in a blog about DUI. They asked me why I wanted a blog in the first place. Here’s my answer. I want to reach a broader audience than the typical reader of a DUI site. Most readers of a DUI blog probably have some immediate concerns. In that respect, they want the attorney to keep a log that will show that this lawyer can get that motivated reader’s charge reduced or dismissed. This person might want a record of the attorney’s case wins. To find that information, follow this link to see a summary of our “Recent DUI Court Wins.” Although some entries here will, in fact, elaborate on the finer points of my and Mr. Lambert’s successful results, this blog will also focus on other topical DUI issues. It will cover current DUI legal controversies in the state of Florida and high-profile DUI cases. Of course, those who are currently charged with a DUI should find this blog extremely pertinent to their problems; nonetheless, we also hope that anyone with an interest in the legal rights of a person accused of a crime will find this blog useful. In that regard, this blog will discuss current DUI laws, like the drawing of blood. It will, moreover, cover common mistakes that, well-known and well-educated, individuals make when they are stopped by the police. In short, we’ll keep our readers posted on the latest changes in Florida’s DUI laws, and we’ll discuss bad decisions which even the most educated people can make when they see those flashing lights in the rear-view mirror.
